Origins

While the escact origins of lemonade are unknown. There is evidence of it being drunk in Egypt in the late 1500s however the lemoade that we know today was made in america in the late 1900s.

Lemonade started becoming a popular drink again in the late 1900s and was often sold by kids in small lemonade stands so that they could make a bit of money.This lemonade was often made from just water, sugar, and lemon juice.
